Return Policy at "WomenCorner.pk"

Return is only acceptable if the product is returned on the same day when the customer receives the item. The customer has to dispatch the item through courier on the same day.
*Acceptable return reasons: defective/damaged, incorrect item received.
Item Can be Returned if the customer is not satisfied with product quality.
Refund processing time is 3 days after we receive the product.
The shipping of the returned product** is deducted from your product amount.
Refund options: store credit, exchange, or the original payment method.
Final sale items: may be non-returnable.
Conditions for returns: items must be in original condition and packaging.
Opened items: may not be eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.
Custom or personalized items: non-returnable
Item must be unopened and unused in some categories

1	Unstitched Fabrics	Washed items can not be returned at any cost.
2	Hijab and Abaya	Altered Hijab and abaya can not be returned at any cost.
3	Hijab and Abaya	Washed items can not be returned at any cost.
4	Garment	All "Unstitched Items" conditions may apply to the garment.
5	Jewellery	If we found any discrepancy in the product‘s weight, Design, or Shape or any change of any type in weight, design, shape, polishing, etc customer has to bear its costs.
6	Cosmetics	Opened items: may be eligible for a return, depending on the store's policy.
7	Cosmetics	Item must include all packaging and accessories.

9	Fragrances	Opened items: may not be eligible for return due to health and safety regulations
10	Home Appliances	Large appliances: may have specific return guidelines, such as restocking fees, shipping costs or a requirement for the item to be in its original packaging.
11	Mobile and accessories	may only be eligible for exchange or store credit

* Defective and damaged items returned if the customer filed the complaint on delivery day.

** Return shipping charges are deducted from the product*** price in 90% of cases is Rs. 250. But in some cases, the discussion is the last option.

*** If the product is more than one then charges are multiplied by the number of products.

**** Inward/outward all shipping cost bear by the customer.

Note: Refund is only deposited in your WomenCorner.pk wallet. Refund on work in some cases.
